Mend Titan Shower Running Out Water

Titan power shower keeps running out of water?

My Titan power shower this is my second Titan power shower and the same problem has accured this one is only two and a half years old when using the shower the water stops running but the shower still is running is there any thing that can be repaired as i cant afford another one
