Mend Kenwood KM416 Working Problem Spins

How doI keep my Kenwood Km416 working steadily?

I bought a new Kenwood Chef KM416. My problem is that when you switch it n it spins for about 30 - 60 seconds and stops, then you have to switch it off and on again.

Please, is there any way I can correct this?
