My beko kept shorting out the electrics in my house, I disconnected everything in it and one by connected everything back up. When the motor was reconnected the machine tripped out the electrics again so I ordered a new motor and fitted it. Now the machine starts, fills up with water then spins for a couple of seconds, bangs and then drains and turns off. I have tried a few programs with the machine empty and with items in and still the same. Any ideas? Did I need to do something to the motor before fitting it or have I got another problem or need to reset it and if so how?
Thanks. I have taken the board out and everything is labeled, what is the triac labeled as? Is it labeled as TC201 and look like http://www.hiwtc.com/products/bt137-triac-590089-2576.htm this?
I have also taken the belt off and Set the machine on spin, the motor spins for 2 seconds and then stops, 2 seconds again and then the machine turns off.

There is a triac on the main pcb behind the fascia. This controls the motor.if it spins the motor flat out for a few seconds then stops it usually indication that the triac has blown. If your good with a soldering iron you can replace the triac.Only 3 solder joints and a heat sink mounting otherwise you will need a new pcb.Maplins should be able to source triac or an equivalent otherwise find a supply on the WWW.
