Our Worcester 280RSF Boiler will not re-light after the pressure dropped?

Pressure dropped I believe on Christmas Day; have followed instructions but cannot get the pilot to relight. This is the second year running at same time that the boiler has failed but this year it was only serviced and fernoxed in November 2008!! We live in South Staffordshire and need urgent help please
