How do I fix my sharp camcorder model vl-e30u?

When playing my tapes, all i am seeing is lines. But while in play status and I hit the rewind button, I can see image, but when I hit play again, image is just lines. I think that it is a tracking problem. How can I fix it?

rec is fine ( I guess ) playback is just static audio and video.
