My Box keep coming and going after Midnight!?

hi sue, so its not the timer then"i was just thinking , about the freezing thing" if the (scart lead ) is bad or not in all the way in the box , or tv , this can make it freez"try change it for a better one , you can get a gold plated one , there are very good , so check out the scart lead , or try a different one , just to test it,,if you tell me your cable provider name ntl / virgin ??? ect , ill tell you how to rescann the box , happy xmass to you and yours sue .. mick IRELAND.

Hi Mick,.. I went into the timer settings and they were all off.. do you think i might need to do a scan? I have forgotten how i get to the area settings though!! Cause it always resets to Birmingham.. I'm Surrey! I am very grateful for your help, Merry christmas.. Thankyou Sue

there is a timer setting on it ok" go to menu , then to (installation) ,down the drop down list" to (timer settings) press OK " . the pin number is 0000 new window opens , with a timer list, from 1 to 8 , make sure there all set to OFF , if ist showing a time in there , thats the problem ,, clear it"

Thanks Mick, Would be helpful... mls1; I have tried unplugging from the mains and although the codes disappear once i put them in again it does the same thing after approx 10mins... is quite annoying when your watching something cause it seems to turn off when you dont want it to!! if i can rember right , i think that there is a timer on the eurovox, it might be set to knock itself off , and on again that time , ,ill see if i can find out were it is , mick

you could take out the mains and put them back in, in the morning.
