how can I fix my hoover softwave auto washing machine 1200?

Door lock will only release when empty manualy drain water by lowering the watse hosse to the floor then check pump for coins etc

take the drainage hose and lower it to ground level to dry drain the water out using a bowl to catch it in. If the water comming out is
slow or non existent its a blockage else its a faulty pump. Simply disconnect the pump from the bottom, will probably be a lot of water so have a mop ready, clean the pipes and if necessary replace the pump.
