villant f28, which valve do i open to fill pressure into the pressure bar?

You may find that there isn't a flexipipe there but solid pipe, but either way there is a valve with a small black lever on it and at the other end is a slightly longer valve with no lever but an arrow on it's side. Open the lever until the pressure is about 1.5bar, check to make sure there are no leaks around the house as to why the pressure was lost!!

there was a black plastic screw that i undone on the flexi hose was that right and how would it take to get the presure back

there should be a fexible hose with a tap at each end thats the one
