Having the same issue only 2.5 yeaars old and now will not drain and i keep getting the same code. I started pressing the drain and spin button and if you do that a few times it does drain. It takes about 12 min to do. but you made have to do it every time which is a pain.

CORRECTION; DO NOT, Remove front panel of washer.
To access tub drain and pump,(UNPLUG MACHINE,AND SHUT OFF ALL WATER) remove "back panel". Remove "only"
the screws that hold the back panel in place. There are 4 screws on sides of back panel that do not need to be removed.(don't forget the 2 "middle" screws in panel)
Most likely the problem for the H3 not draining is a clogged "tub-tube". You will see this "black-accordion" shaped, rubber tube coming off bottom of "white" colored tub.As stated above,be ready with a cake pan and or towels, when taking off tube.
(if washer will not drain at all, scoop out as much water as possible from front)
The tub drain tube has a large "white check ball" at the larger end of it. (DO NOT REMOVE FROM BOOT) Clean out all debris from boot/tube, and rinse with clean warm water.
The "inlet" of the pump can be accessed also. Although a tight fit,a finger can be inserted into inlet for cleaning. (BE CAREFUL) This is where all those ink-pen tops and stems, end up. (along with all other large, sharp objects)
Reassemble, and set washer to drain and spin.
Check for water leaks and proper operation.
Hopefully no pump damage has occurred and you are now the "Hero Of The Household"

I had the same problem and found a marble in the pump. It was very easy to get to, just remove the front lower panel and it sets right near the front. I used a cookie sheet to catch some of the water, but be prepaired for a bit of a flood. I just removed the junk, put it back together, and life is grand.
