Why want the power come on with my hoover elite cleaner?
As I was vacuuming my carpet, without running over anything on the carpet, the power shuts off on my hoover elite vacuum cleaner with model# U5071930. Where it the reset buttom or could it be some other problem?
Commonly, what happens is one of the connections in the motor housing breaks apart. It's usually the place where the motor field winding meets the switch.
