How do I replace a timing belt on a 1995?

Davey, very simple, first disconnect the positive battery terminal, then remove the timing belt cover on the side of the engine. You will then see an upper pulley and a lower pulley, The upper pulley is your cam pulley, the lower is your crank pulley, now (IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING TIMING BELT ON THE ENGINE, THEN THIS WILL WORK!!!) take a paint marker perferably neon pink, make a mark on the upper pulley and a mark on the engine in align with each other, now do the same for the lower pulley. Now locate your slack adjuster, which is located between the upper and lower pulleys, unloosen the slack adjuster bolt, let the tension off the timing belt. Now remove belt, (DO NOT TURN THE UPPER OR LOWER PULLEYS AT ALL WHILE THE TIMING BELT IS REMOVED) now install new timing belt. Now using a pry-bar against the slack adjuster, push slack out of timing belt, (MAY TAKE THE HELP OF ANOTHER PERSON) tighten bolt on slack adjuster, Now make sure that your neon pink marks are still aligned. Put timing cover back, and your all done. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT IN PERFORMING THIS TASK, THEN YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO YOUR LOCAL MECHANIC, FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN ENGINE DAMAGE!!!!
