why is my 3ltr omega overheating? ?

I had the head gaskets replaced heads skimmed new water pump and cam belt done about a month ago, towed my caravan 25 miles away with no problems. On my way back monday the engine got really hot, not in the red but creeped to just over 100 degrees. Managed to get home and couldn't find any problems. The car has run fine since!!! Hope someone can help..
