We have a 15 year old cannon caress. the fire goes out after variable times when on low or high. It stays in on medium. Two plumbers have failed to cure the problem. Please can you help. Thankyou .
I have the same fire and the same problem. I have over the years solved the problem by fitting a new thermocouple at £9.0 to £21. It lasts about a year or so. I now have the same problem again. Last time I got one from B&Q
