Mend Myson Apollo Help Pilot Light Stay

please help we are freeeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzing?

my pilot light will not stay lit on my myson appollo. we have replaced the pump and thermocouple. now we have managed to keep it lit but the flames are very high so we suspect something is wrong??
