Tecnik S9W1T leaves dishes dirty?

Check the rotating/ spinning sprayers. These can be removed for ease(top tray and bottom of dishwasher). I have often found that these get blocked. I usually find that a needle and some perserverance are what's required to pick out some of the debris from the spray nozzles ( due to the fact they don't come apart). Hope this helps
