Tecnik dishwasher flood warning?

My dishwasher was still full of water when the cycle had finished. I restarted it and it emptied. Now when I open the door it makes a noise like it is trying to drain but there isn't any water in there, it has been doing this for hours? I read on another forum that it is a flood warning but it didn't give any advice on what to do?

It is integrated , do you mean the inside or outside or the door? Sorry if this sounds stupid but I don't have a clue?

if you take the side panels off you will see something that look like a small float or maybe a piece of polistireen,this unit got a microswitch that activate and prevent machine from carrying on in case of water leakage ,sometime this microswith get stuck cause off rust
