Not cleaning anything?

Tried the above and it still doesnt clean properly, i think maybe the water isnt get hot enough. Any more suggestions or should i call someone out?

You need to check a few things.
1) Check that the filter is clear (this should be in the bottom of the dishwasher, inside)
2) Check that the top and bottom spray arms can rotate freely (give them a spin and close the door to check that they are not catching on anything) and that the small holes are not blocked by any food
3) Check that the water connection to the dishwasher is connected and turned on.
Add salt (about 2 kilos) to the softener. Hope this helps
