Mend Epson CX5200 Working Call Service

Can you help?

HI, My Epson CX5200 was working OK then a message came up saying, some components have reached the end of there useful life, call service engineer. ran for some time but now has stoped saying call service engineer. Can not move the cartridges to their removal position, as nothing will respond. Any help please.

Hi All,
All is resolved with the printer, I did a google search and found 2 sites SSCServe & HM2K.com with a lot of info, i downloaded a small programme which contained solutions for a lot of printers, as a bonus I ran the programme on a 8 year old Epson Stylus 680, which brought it back to life.
Worth a look at.
