Mend Main Medway Super Leak

How can i fix leak to Main Medway Super ?

Have a drip coming from under boiler where there is a small rod, (leading to temp gauge on front of boiler panel '+' & '-') connecting to some sort of valve/pipework. This must have been happening for some time as there's slight rusting to that area.... can anyone help....thanks
