How to get 2nd caller id?

I also have this phone, and the same problem. I will hear the tone that another call is coming in, but nothing is displayed. Also, after hanging up, the last number on the display is from the person I just finished talking to.

After looking in the manual, all it states is "it keeps track of all calls received, even if they are not answered".

The customer service phone number listed in the manual:

keeps giving me a recording that "your call can not be completed as dialed, please check the number and dial again"

keeps coming up as "can not find server"

The email listed: evergo@att.net

Every email I sent, keeps getting bounced back to me

Since this is the only info listed in the manual, and none of the info seems to be legitimate, I too, am at a loss as to why this phone is not working properly.

I know this does not tell you much, much at least you know it is the phone, and you are not alone.
