Voice Control?

Three weeks ago I bought a new 2009 WS Ford Fiesta Zetec.

BlueTooth: Car and phone are bonded but not operating as expected. Calls out OK – Calls in not working. Sometime going out OK – but not coming in! Other times only static can be heard, or caller or receiver can’t hear the other. Do I need a different phone?

Radio: Voice control doesn’t always respond to selection commands. Radio sometimes not responding to voice commands correctly. Have had a second person test the commanding and the problems remain. So doubt it's the tone of voice spoked that causing the problem.

Haven't got to trying the other functions yet so can't comment as to if they work OK or not.
