Mend Siemens AS185 Phone Worked Fine

How can I fix my Siemens gigaset AS185?

quiet a new phone .worked fine. Now there is no dialling tone and can not make a call and when it is ringing for incoming call,there is no caller voice instead we hear a ring tone. could not fix it even after reset the factory settings. Please help to fix it
