there are two coloum with 50 carbon disc of 10mm in each coloum into the ceramic unit in the foot pedal, and as with all the carbon material they have been worn and some are broken, thus the pedal does not worls

You will need to buy a new foot control, trying to get the carbons is very difficult, buy a YDK control, very easy to fit.
