my hp 3620 printer will print test page but will not print anything else?

i have a hp3820 it will print a test page but will not print anything else. i hsve changed internet service from aol.com to bellsouth.net could this have anything to do with this problem?

Check that computer and printer are interfaced. Is printer set as default?
