Optima xm alarm?

when the sun is on the external bell box in the afternoon always around 7pm the alarm will automatically go off and will continue to go off so we can't reset it until next morning?

Hi I have just moved into a new house with a optima xm alarm but the previous occupants didn't have the code, how do I find out the code any advise would be great. Thanks.

Electricy supply just been switched on/off and although power back, alarm Optima XM is going loopy and responding irratically.

I have removed two fuses and eventually got alarm to stop(one fuse opeartes bell box externally).

My back up batter reads low ar 10.87 volts....could this alone cause problem....Don't think so!!!!..????

Previously when power off/on then just press reset and key in number.

Any tips for further analysis?

Set my alarm off by accidently opening living room door. Now when I try and set alarm zones 3&4 are showing red and alarm wont set.

The panel has defaulted, key in 0123, this will enable you to turn it off.to program new code, enter code + prog key + 8 then enter your new code. I would also recommend you replace your battery
