car keeps cutting out when cold?

peugeot 306 keeps cutting out on idle. is 1.6 petrol any suggestions please

Temp sensor ? what engine management system look on sticker on ecu if its sagem SL96 it could be ecu faulty and ignition coil faulty which shows idle regulation motor fault you need to get fault codes read to know for sure whats wrong
