Mend Hoover Galaxy Spin

My Hoover Galaxy won't spin?

Hi,

My Hoover Galaxy won't go throught the spin cycle. The tub seems out of alignment. Even with no clothes in the tub, the tub bangs against the inside of the machine, before the machine automatically switches itself off. How can I fix this problem??

un screw the 3 screw at the front bottom and take the panel off and check the springs are tentioned enough.
