skoda fabia is not started and display service insp what does it mean?

Its the service light. If you haven't had it serviced in the last year, I would do. You can reset the light by pressing the clock reset button in and holding it, turning the ignition and holding the button for 10 secs until the display shows "---". Let go and that's it gone.

It shouldn;t just vanish by itself!
