MIL LIGHT ON FIESTA 2001 +NO IGNITION LIGHTS HELP!!!!?

hi got the mil light on fiesta or picture of engine on all the time,but getting no oil or battery light,the car runs perfect thou,does the mill light stop the other warning lights from working any help would be welcome thanks also when i do the dash test to display all lights on dash only the mill light and the washer bottle light come on so doese it mean the others have failed
