Go and buy a plastic special glue pack from a builders merchant or Double glazing company, It has one bottle of super glue and a tin of activator in an aerosol
From the back of the panel place a few drops of glue into the crack from the front pull the crack together with some strong tape. then go back to the wet glued side and give it a short spray with the activator. This will fix the small welds instantly. You could wait a few hours to allow the glue to fully cure or remove the tape and check your work. If you are happy with the repair take more tape and run it down the crack ensuring the tape covers the split completely. Go back to the rear and apply more glue along the split. then spray again with the setting spray. with the side panel on the floor cut two pieces of 2x1 or 2x.5 lengths of wood that run the length of the panel and fix the wood on the inside of the panel this will strengthen the panel and reduce the risk of it happening again. Use a glue like No More Nails but try it first on a piece of the same plastic and check if it damages the plastic.. If it does cause damage look for another glue.
I wish you well but this does work.....
