probe keeps sparking without firing up, I have bent the earth closer to the probe and it has fired up,do I need to replace the metal earth,cheer chris.when should I THINK ABOUT REPLACING boiler. .

netaheat's are positive pressure boilers. make sure you have fitted the case back correctly and that the seal is in tact. You shouldnt remove the case without adequate means to test that it has resealed correctly. run a match around the case when the boiler is on to see if it has sealed. as for the sparking problem, they can shift over time through heat, bending it back may suffice
