how can i get my starview working again ?

my digitqal receiver is a starview digital,don't know
the model number. I have had it for a couple of years
it has suddenly frozen and can't get any programmes on it at all, I can get the five terrestrial channels,but nothing else , have tried re-scanning but does'nt do
any good
