Mend Vokera Excell Heating Pressure Radiators

What is Wrong?

Vokera Excell Boiler
When the system is turned on the water pressure
increases to 3Bar and PRV releases water outside
The system is working ok as all the radiators get
warm, but I haveto keep topping up the pressure.
Does the expansion vessel need Pressurising?

Yes, sounds like the expansion vessel needs recharging, explanations here and elsewhere (key points It takes more pumping than you expect, and you need zero pressure in the system while pumping, stop at 11 psi or so). Do it soon before the PRV needs replacing (left unfixed the PRV will develop a permanent drip).
