Mend AEG OKO_FAVORIT 7080 Stage Wash Cycle

Why do the programme stage lights flash on AEG OKO_FAVORIT 7080?

After a wash cycle the on/off and End lights flash on and off. Also during a wash cycle the programme stage lights flash anyone seen this or know what it means? Recently the machine produced a very poor wash and I noticed that the soap tablet was laying undissolved on the bottom of the machine.
