Mend Ravenheat CSI 120(T) Boiler Heating Control Board

Ravenheat Combi Boiler problems?

I have a Ravenheat CSI 120(T) low nox boiler installed 29 October 2010.
Since then I have had four visits from Ravenheat engineers for a catalogue of issues and the boiler is still not operating correctly, so I am hoping someone out there may have experienced something similar.
The heating temperature is set at 66deg, the boiler fires up and continues to be fired up long after the temperature has been reached. The only way to stop the burners from firing is to either to turn the hot water on and off, or to turn down the heating temp dial.
The engineers have changed the control board, the potentiometers, and the thermostats and it still continues to run.

How do you set the hot tap water system up. If I set the main water pressure too low the boiler will not fire up, If I up the water preshure the boiler fires up but water does not get hot It only gets warm.

I have a csi120 and every now and again the heating starts even though it isn't set to (even when only hot water switch is set). It then heats up and keeps heating until the radiators are too hot to touch (even though the boiler temp, not room temp is set to 57). It did it again last night and shut down with a code of 04, overheated.

My thoughts are it is the PCB. Maybe there are a dodgy batch..

Have a Ravensheat CSI 85 Combi Boiler which trips the Overheat Cut Off Thermostat intermitantly, have made sure that the pressure is up to 1.5 and all the Electrical Connection plus ensure that the system has been bled

silly question but has anyone checked that the room stat is working ok seems as if somethings telling the boiler that there's a call for heat
