Can you fix a violin with a broken bridge and a loose string?

How do you fix a bridge if a small piece is broken and the string is loose?

You can glue the broken bridge, but it is better to buy a new bridge. Not expensive.
As for the string, if it is not broken, then just tighten it with the peg to the appropriate pitch.
