problem with my 98 4.6 range rover?

HELP! I have a weird problem with my cars electrics.For some reason after ive parked my car for the night the indicators all come on by themselves & drain the battery.I found this out when my neighbour came round one night & said the indicators came on by themeselves a few hours after i parked the car.I also have a p3999 code which no one seems to know what it is & cant be deleted any ideas anyone?& yes i have very nosy neighbours!

probably an alarm/intruder system fault try locking the car with the key not the fob if this works the security system needs checking
