A Goodmans GDB 4G freeview box, its not working - How can I fix it please?
I plug it in and there is simply no power source - I would take it back to the shop but i no longer have the receipt!!
Hi, i bought your product 3years ago and i resetted a parental key code. I forgot my pass code and tried to access this for my installation to re-install new channels. But i cant seem to do that with out the code. Please help me, as i have no channels.

I wouldn't attempt to open it yourself and void any warranty that you may still have. If it uses a seperate power adapter that would be the first item to suspect and the store can easily check it.
Most stores keep records of their sales with name and address, so I'd still take it back. Otherwise, contact Alba Radio plc. 0870-873-0078, they can verify the date of manufacturer by the serial number. Many Freeview boxes come with extended warranty. Either way, if under warranty they will probably just change it free of charge.
