water won't drain?

Could be the pump has packed up but more likely to be a blockage, if your machine is connected to the waste outlet of your sink sometimes you will find a whole lot of gunk in the grey pipe coming from the machine at the sink end where there is sometimes a stupid one way valve that restricts the water flow and makes muck build up, also if you have made this pipe longer by joining it this can cause similar problems. if you lay the pipe on the floor and water floods out but the machine will still not pump out then the pump is gone.
