Hi Keith, remove the centre grill, remove both headlights, the air filter box, both wheel arch liners, there are two bolts under where the headlights fit and screws on the inner edge of the wing. As to getting the dent out you could try a hot air paint stripper from the back of the bumper it might then pop back to shape
