Hi Paul, there is another screw in the speedo pod fascia, it's behind a square trim plug to the left of the rear fog light switch, your car should have an all electronic speedo so there will not be a drive cable from the gearbox to the speedo pod, a tip for removing the fascia, pull off the red cover from the hazzard switch it makes it easier to get the fascia off!! The water pump can be replaced without removing the timing belt but you will need to remove the timing belt cover to gain access to some of the pump mounting bolts so while you have the cover off it makes sense to replace the timing belt for peace of mind, get a haynes manual £20 or try your local library
