How do I remove the front bumper on an Astra G?

Headlight needs changing, just need to know what is the easiest way to get the bumper off, if any.

Lay underneath and undo the bolts

Then undo the bits on the inside of the wings , normally torques on sides and 19mm 3/4 socket for bumper
