Mend Iveco 75E15 Horsebox Lorry

how do i change my headlight bulbs?? iveco 75e15?

i have new headlight bulbs for my iveco 75E15 W-reg horse box, how do i change them??? Do i have to take the whole front bumper assembly off? Do i crawl around underneath the lorry? Or is there a simple answer?
