how do I override economy mode on peugeot 307?

how do I override economy mode on peugeot 307.

My 307 just stopped running and will not start.

The cambelt seems fine, the car turns over but will not start. My window is down and I cannot close the window due to the car going into economy mode.

simply the battery is of poor charge

recharge battery and economy lamp will extinguish once battery has sufficient level of charge

The economy mode will activate if interior lights have been left on for a while, or the radio, or other connected items whilst engine is not running.
