beko fridge/freezeer?

defrost timer has gone open circuit, freezer is totally iced up, pull out the fridge freezer and look beside compressor you will find a small box( white) remove small round white plug or cap, put a screwdriver through the hole and turn one click, unit should start up this will be heard by the motor running, if it starts up ok, defrost complete unit then switch back on. problem solved.
