Mend Dishwasher Water Inlet Programme

not filled with water, lights flashin on prewash and rinse, light on salt ?

hi ther, i programme this to start and you can hear the water trying to get in and then the lights on prewash and rinse start flashing, also the salt light keeps flashing even tho ive added the salt. plz can you help me
