Mend Neff Programme Pumping Water

Neff Diswasher Programme not starting?

My Neff dishwasher, integrated - Type 4242004089223 I think! keeps pumping out water when the program is started but no water is coming into the machine - have checked drains and inlet - no blockages - any ideas? Pump keep running when door is opened and have tried to reset the machine without success Aquastop fitted and clear. Filters and impeller pump clear also. Thanks

It appears the AquaStop system has reacted. The machines base pan has a float switch that will activate the emergency mode causing the pump to run all the time.

AFAIK, it can be fixed by tilting your machine. Water will come from the base pan to the floor. This will allow the float switch to return down and reset the emergency mode.
