filling loop?

i need to put pressure up cause it is on zero but seems i cant fine filling loop is not under the boiler only pipes in there any suggestion where i can find it or how does it look?stupid guestion but even plumber was here and could not find pls help

it is thelia 23,the only thing under the boiler are ventils one has cold pipe and another has warm pipe
