The pressure dropped so the boiler isn't working but when I try to top up in the usual way with the filling loop nothing happens. All our taps are running fine so there doesn't seem to be a problem with the water. Any ideas? Many thanks
In case anyone reading this has a similar problem - the filling loop had to be replaced. The engineer said he'd seen a few like this in the same week and wondered if the valve was affected by the low temperature of the water coming in from outside.
