renault laguna hazard warning switch?

My hazard light switch does not work. How do I fix it?

There is easy access to this compartment just get a purchase in around the handbrake and pull upwards the trim should come out with not too much force. The switch is easily accessible. Disconnect the wires by pulling out the connector. (there may be a tab you have to press in to get it to disengage.) Apply pressure to the underside of the switch and the whole thing will pop out through the trim. - Difficult part is laying your hands on a new switch. nault really want you to pay a dealer to do it. I suggest going to a breakers yard and getting one - it's easy to fit. I had to do this about 1 month ago.

Hi,,had a mark 2 Laguna 1.6 Expression.One day hazards wouldn`t switch off!Tokk 30 mins of trial and error to get them off.Carcraft (the car was still under 3 months warranty)had to fit a whole new consul in order to replace switch.
